Growth has a geography

The Shape of Growth is about why prosperity clusters in some places and abandons others. Every story begins on the ground. We look at food systems, shipping ports, power grids, floodplains, and factory floors to understand how the infrastructure we build, the institutions we trust, and the climate we navigate are actually shaping our trajectory.

Essays grounded in place, argued from evidence, and meant to be kept.

THE EDITOR

The Shape of Growth is written, and edited by Sreyamsa Bairiganjan. Every issue starts the same way, a place, a map, and a question about why growth took the shape it did there.
